By becoming a member of Clinician Connection, LLC ("Clinician Connection"), you gain access to opportunities to participate in educational and market research surveys, educational studies, and healthcare-related interviews ("Panel"). Participation in this Panel is free, and as a member, you may qualify for honoraria. Clinician Connection may contact you through any contact information provided by you for the purposes of these opportunities.

Membership in the Panel is limited to one account per individual. Clinician Connection reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership if necessary.

To join, you must provide accurate personal information and key demographic details essential for eligibility and survey invitations. It is your responsibility to keep this information up-to-date. While additional profile information is optional, it may increase your chances of receiving relevant survey invitations. Note: Clinician Connection will verify key information, including NPI number to ensure accuracy within our database.

B. Login Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). Clinician Connection will not be held liable for unauthorized use of your account due to the mismanagement of your credentials.

C. Removal from Panel

If you wish to leave the Panel, you may request removal at any time by:

Sending an email to holly.aasen@clinicianconnection.com from your registered email address with "Remove Me" in the subject line.

Please note that upon removal from the Panel, any pending honoraria or incentives will be forfeited. Removal requests will be processed promptly, though email cessation may take up to one month.

D. Termination of Panel Participation

Clinician Connection reserves the right to terminate your participation and any related incentives if:

You violate these Terms of Service, including any privacy or incentive-specific terms.
Your account or survey responses are under investigation for data integrity or improper activity.
Legal restrictions prevent Clinician Connection from maintaining your information on the Panel.

E. Additional Services for Panel Members

As a Panel member, you may receive communication about further research and educational opportunities. You can opt-out of additional emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in these communications.
